2 Tier Off Kilter

Sunday September 19th 10:00am-4:30pm

Description: Learn how to create these wonderfully wacky cakes using live cake! Students will take home a 2 tier creation to wow family & friends! In this class students will learn how to torte, carve, fill, support & construct these wacky style cakes. Once constructed, students will decorate their cakes using a wide variety of fun techniques.

What to bring: Some tools & supplies will be provided. Please see the required supply below.

Each student will be required to bring the following:

Large Rolling Pin
Large Serrated Knife
Large palette knife
Box to take cake home

Due to the personal attention that you will receive during this class, there is a maximum of 8 students for the class.
