Flour Confections evolved from a passion for dessert and a love for artistic expression.
I make wedding cakes and event cakes because I love the challenge of creating something beautiful
out of something so simple as eggs, flour and sugar!
For me, the cake should taste as good, if not better than it looks! Each creation is as unique as the individual for whom it is made.
That is my challenge - to bring your ideas and visions to my kitchen, delivering an edible masterpiece!
You can see my passion for my craft in viewing the cakes I create. My dedication to perfecting my skills has prompted me to learn from some of the best in the industry. When I’m not baking and creating in my kitchen, you can find me competing with my peers in local and international cake competitions.
